Arrival Time
I understand that all players must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time for registration, briefing, and equipment setup.
Booking Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for verifying my booking details, including date, time, and booking type. Blackout Field is not responsible for incorrect bookings or availability issues resulting from booking errors.
Booking Confirmation
I agree to present my booking confirmation (digital or printed) upon arrival at the venue.
Payment Policy
I understand that full payment is required before gameplay begins. Payment can be made via cash, debit card, or credit card.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
I understand that Blackout Field reserves the right to cancel my booking if I arrive more than 10 minutes late, fail to respond to booking confirmation calls, or do not show up without prior notice.
Booking Changes
I understand that booking changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time, subject to availability.
Equipment & Property Care
I agree to treat all laser tag equipment, arena features, furniture, and facilities with care. I understand that I may be held financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse or misconduct.
Personal Belongings & Devices
I understand that mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted inside the laser tag arena. Secure storage will be provided for personal belongings.
Cancellations on Arrival
I understand that if I cancel a booking or reduce the number of players upon arrival, I may be charged the full amount for the reserved slots.
Children & Age Policy
I understand that laser tag is recommended for players aged 8 years and above to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience. Adult supervision may be required for younger participants.
Food & Drinks
I understand that food and beverages are not allowed inside the laser tag arena.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that participation in laser tag is voluntary and involves physical activity. I accept all associated risks and agree to release and hold harmless Blackout Field, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.
